looking for kilo JMs and found this one any thoughts?

I'm keen but not overly keen  it does make it abit...ugly

ebay has a few kilo bars on.....cheap metalor.....or expensive engelhard

but a mid priced ,damaged collectable bar? nahhh!

Are you saying you wouldn't go for a mid priced collectable at all? Or because it's been graffiied over you wouldn't?

would you pay premium for a shield back sov if someone had scratched "god save the queen" into it?

or just pay bullion price?

 

if its defaced it is no longer collectable,just worth its weight in silver

personally, i only buy for weight anyway. i can see a coin worth more. or even a nice hand poured shape. but a bar is just a bar.

I agree having that on it was putting me off abit I don't mind it slightly banged up. And I do think highly of the JM original bars. Thanks for your input greendragon.
