For everyone who had a problem with a courier's behaviour, I would recommend getting onto the delivery company's live chat and complain or file a compensation claim.

Even if it goes nowhere, it'll be put on record and enough of that'll have an impact, on courier standards and possibly on GSbe's decision whether to use that one again.

Well, they left my 800 pounds worth parcel in the garbage bin outside

That's insane. That reminds me of a neighbor of mine who ordered something expensive from Amazon or some such site, courier driver got no answer so put it in the wheelie bin that was clearly put outside the main gate because it was bin collection day (bin wagon was actually only a few doors up emptying bins!). Took my neighbour weeks to get that resolved and luckily had CCTV showing the driver doing it.

I've decided.....all bullion parcels are going to be sent to me at my works. We have 24 hour security so there's never a danger of my stuff going walkies.

Bin man sounds so much more refined than garbage man  :). I shall call my sanitation engineers BIN MAN from now on!

'Sanitation engineers'? What on earth are those?

Is it like our royal family where slaves wipe their bottom for them after the toilet?

Those still exist right? I mean the queen isn't shopping for Charmins herself. That must be nice. I would lay on my back and prop my legs up just like I was a baby.

Only Charles has been confirmed (by the Palace Press Office) to have an official bottom wiper (what would they do without our tax monies?).

The identity of the 'senior royal' allegedly caught 'in flagrante' with a butler has of course not been confirmed (nor denied) - only heavily hinted at
