I received the 2019 Apollo 11 50th Anniversary $5 Gold Proof...

And two 2019 Apollo 11 50th Anniversary $1 1oz Silver Proof...

I gave one of the 1 oz Silver Proofs to my son for his blossoming silver treasures. These are a little challenging to get photographed right given their convex/concave design. But really awesome coins to have added into the collection!

...Now just have to wait for over a month to receive the 2019 Apollo 11 50th Anniversary $1 5oz Silver Proof.

Yeah.  I ordered 3 of the 5 oz.  Two are for me and one for a friend at work.  I'm kind of wishing I had ordered the limit of five, but I was already dropping a good amount for the total order, so I kept it at 3.  I might back order 2 more if they are still available.  I have not decided yet.

Picked up my Apollo 11 coins today. FAB !!!. 6 days from USA to UK, brilliant service from US Mint. Only fly in the ointment was the VAT man getting his grubby mitts on them as well.

One BU and one Proof, as there was only about $4 difference between the two I thought I would go for one of each., but IMO the Proof is the nicer. Just need to see if Numi can fix up one of those new double coin holders.

Best part of the day, after boring my teenage son with loads of previous coins I finally got a " wow that is really cool" response. Priceless 👍👍👍
