Guernsey 8 Double mintages

i have been trying to find some information on these silver coins.

i put some questions to  BullionRock.com who sells these coins. i asked about where i might find about mintages - they said they were a bullion dealer and that most of the coins they sell are unlimited mintage and none of them are likely to have numismatic value. They only sell two silver coins these days so they must mean their 8 doubles. This is strange since BullionRock.com was GuernseyMint.com and if you look closely at this image they produced you will see it says "Limited Yearly Issue"

There is no coin in existence with unlimited mintage [after the year of production] and certainly not Guernsey 8 doubles. i suspect these coins are not particularly large yearly mintages, whether the numbers produced are predetermined is another matter. i have had a scout around and cannot find anything on the internet.
