History On 1 November, 2019, the National Bank of Georgia issued limited edition Collector coin dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Council of Europe and the 20th anniversary of the accession of Georgia to the Council of Europe. 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the Council of Europe and the 20th anniversary of the accession of Georgia to the Council of Europe. Today, the Council of Europe unites 47 member states and aims to harmonize national legislations in line with European principles such as the rule of law, human rights and democracy. In 1999, 50 years after the creation of the Council of Europe, Georgia became the 41st member State and regained its place on the political map of Europe. The name of Zurab Zhvania, then the Prime Minister of Georgia, has been forever linked to this very important event for Georgia. ''I am Georgian, and therefore I am European'' – these words uttered by the Georgian politician 20 years ago at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, became the main symbol of opening the door of the European family to Georgia. Now, 20 years after this occasion, the famous words of Zurab Zhvania have been engraved on a commemorative paving stone in front of the Council of Europe Palace in Strasbourg alongside paving stones of other prominent political figures who have made special contribution to the development of a united and diverse Europe. The National Bank of Georgia has dedicated a 5-Lari silver collector coin to this significant event.

Many reviews reffered to PowerCoin. And i was about to place an order to Power Point. However, I have just founded this Korean website named TODAY ., LTD. As you can see the difference in prices so I am thinking to place and order from them. I emailed them, furtunately there is a russian speaking officer and we could have a full conversation on orders and procedures. 7. So I am hoping to get your opinion on the new silver Kruger Rands. Do you think it is going to become quite popular, like the gold version, or do you think it's over priced and will just sort of fade off behind the more popular silver coins? Would it be worth buying a few for keepsakes if they don't do that well and end production, and therefore become quite rare in the long term? What are the thoughts here?
  8. I recently received the first 2 coins in the EC8 series. I will be collecting the whole series. Is anyone else out there picking them up as well?

  10. This beautiful 3 Ounce .999 Silver coin is the fourth issue in the highly sought after Mandala Art series and features the Moresque decorations, a form of art made of stylized plants. The coin has a beautiful gemstone insert, Antique Finish and delivers in an elegant case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Strictly limited mintage to only 500 pieces worldwide. The reverse of the coin depicts the highly intricate detailed Mandala design surrounding a Moresque pattern. In the center a beautiful gemstone as heart of the coin. The obverse of the coin depicts the Fiji Coat of Arms and the inscriptions of the country of origin, face value, purity and weight. Background: Moresque is an obsolete alternative term to “Moorish” in English, and in the arts has some specific meanings. By itself the word is used of stylized plant-based forms of tendrils and leaves found in ornament and decoration in the applied arts in Renaissance Europe that are derived from the arabesque patterns of Islamic ornament. Like their Islamic ancestors, they differ from the typical European plant scroll in being many-branched and spreading rather than forming a line in one direction. The use of half-leaves with their longest side running along the stem is typical for both. First found in 15th-century Italy, especially Venice, moresques continue in the Mannerist and Northern Mannerist styles of the 16th century.
