  1. For a good portion of the summer I stopped buying any coins, gold or silver, proof or bullion, because I felt a bit overwhelmed by all the series that are available. There's the Chinese Panda series, the Chinese Lunar series, the Britannia Series (my personal favorite, but not much love from a lot of collectors nowadays), the Great Britain Lunar series, the Perth Lunar series, the Canadian Lunar series, the Rwandan Lunar series (these are quite lovely, but I didn't set aside cash for them or buy any 😥), the Canada Predator series, the Kangaroos, the Kookaburras, the Saltwater Crocodiles, the Birds of Paradise, the Emus, and the Sharks. The Queen's Beasts, the Lion Dollars, and the Bisons. Not to mention the Ukrainian Archangels, the Isle of Man Nobles, the Niue hawksbills, superheroes, and star wars coins. Colorized coins, incuse coins, concave coins, egg shaped coins, coins that are square, coins that have scalloped edges, and privy marks on everything! Just tossing a discussion out to the Forum in general. Does anyone else feel overwhelmed by all of these? Are there forum members that have culled down their collections and eliminated collecting certain series? If so, which series are you avoiding or stopping?

    Dilemma

Birthday approaching, and I'm looking at a 1oz coin. I was thinking of a Two dragons coin originally, but having seen the premiums on the QB lion I'm now wondering if a Unicorn is a better long term bet. What are other peoples thoughts?
  3. Just saw this listing on Ebay - 7 left https://www.ebay.com/itm/2018-Great-Britain-1-4oz-Gold-Queen-s-Beast-Black-Bull-NGC-MS70-ER-Flag-Label/132567612602?hash=item1edda53cba:g:8-4AAOSwoGNaxBVX Pamp
  4. I was just wondering if anyone knew when the The Queen's Beasts - The Unicorn of Scotland 10 oz Coin would be coing out, not the proof one as I already know thats out. Thanks
  5. Have any silver forum members purchased or seen one of these in the Early Release Black Core holders? I have the Unicorn of Scotland and Lion of England in these Early Release holders which I believe are special from Modern Coin Mart, but haven't seen the Red Dragon of Wales available. I'm fearful I may have missed the opportunity! If anyone has one for sale I'm interested!

    Queen's Beast Series

This is my first post on the silver forum as I am fairly new to the silver stacking universe. So I'd like to start by saying to hi to everyone and also by saying thanks for having me on the forum. As I said, I'm new to silver stacking as I have only been stacking for around a year now. I have been mainly stacking for weight. However, I decided to start collection the 2 oz Queen's Beast Series as a little bit of fun. I mainly purchase my silver from Silver-To-Go and Coininvest. However, the 2 oz Queen's Beasts Lion Silver Coin (2016) has a price of around £62 atm on there. I was hoping I could pick this coin up a little cheaper in the UK. Any recommendations/suggestions? Thanks in advance

    1/4oz or 1oz coins?

HI everyone dont know if this has already been asked but I was wondering peoples thoughts. Which do you think is the better option, buying 1/4oz coins such as Queens Beast or Britannia or buying the 1oz coins but obviously less frequently, also if you could explain why you think your option is the better. Thanks for the options that will follow

    Queen's Beast 1oz Silver Proof

Hey! Wanted to know people's view on the Queen's Beast 1oz Silver Proof i..e the Lion & Unicorn are out already. Worth it or not? I know there is also the 2oz which are unlimited but know the 1oz are limited to around 8,500. Thanks!
  9. I have grown tired of all the guess work of the queens beast series, so i decided to email our friends at the royal mint to provide the release order of the bullion and the proof versions of the coins under the freedom of information act. I was quite successful with my previous request - so lets see what I can find out?
  10. Does anyone know what the next queens beast will be for the bullion and the proof? the 10 oz silver bullion griffin should be released soon I would think.
