I just like to add, HMRC can now use RIPA this covers all taxable assets you may hold not just Blockchain and IOM etc.  Worse anyone who has children and gets top-up working tax credits can get investigated from both HMRC the benefits office. Both can use RIPA.
At the same time if you have mined bit coin they are not worth anything until you convert them into fiat and you  may buy works of art or gold on holiday with your bitcoin.

For the record I dont own any metals, never have, never will. When I purchase on here its for a friend.
Anyway, since that is out the way…
This was inevitable regarding the database. Its been planned for decades.

Just continue to stack slowly any quietly. You will be amazed how much you accumulate in time. It adds up quicker than you think.
Only afford what you can buy.

Maybe, but i doubt it will not in a hour.
NFP the figures are good today 943,000 i think some of the money in Gold/silver has just been moved into other areas.  I myself think the demand in silver will increase when the world comes out of restrictions.

The interesting thing is that there's little chance that the economy is going to be doing great for quite some time to come yet.  A few more jobs opened up certainly does not make a return to normal, this is more like a trading opportunity for that story which is still far over the horizon.  If the economy really was back in full swing, along with inflation, industrial demand for silver would likely be in a bit more buoyant.  Gold I can understand, but silver is going to play a key role in this 'so called' green revolution.

Today, the bank I work for has started to look at independent and alternative ways to measure inflation.  This hasn’t happened before.

My theory is that houses above a certain threshold i.e. say over £1m have less buyers and are more likely to fall.
Plus those types of people are more likely to know how houses are valued, generally and will know the cut off points.
Houses under £1m have more buyers and are more likely to rise due to demand and can afford to with "help to buy" schemes.

When I was still cutting my teeth on silver stacking I bought quite a lot of beautiful silver proofs just like the one you have.
Sturdy boxes, numbered certificate and often low mintage.
They filled a cupboard and then I decided to sell all of them.
Unfortunately the prices I was obtaining were seriously disappointing despite the beauty and perfection of each coin.
I thought they would be more desirable and considering their condition etc merited a premium bad sadly not.
It is all about the demand at the time and if there are any other newbies drawn into the net - like me when I started.
Best of luck moving it on but just sharing my experience for what it's worth.

There are / were no trade barriers affecting import from Oz to UK for coins or bars, only VAT where applicable.
What did you expect from HMRC? They are rubbish!
We have been importing from Perth Mint for years.
Of course, HMRC the Royal Mail, and customs agents conspire to make life difficult, but that's about normal, and worse in the last year.

No not really My bids were below the dealer prices.  The reason for buying at auction is to buy cheaper.  Remember your rights are a lot less at auction than from a dealer.  Anyway i do not to argue so lets leave it there.

In my experience they would of emailed you and offered you an alternative or you wait in order with everyone else.  I once waited nearly 6 months.
I have waited just as long with another dealer who took my order over the internet and at the same time sold the same coin over the counter i waited for the dealer to source the another coin.
Chards have been going a long time You will get your coins.

This does not surprise me.  Delivery companies are just gouging sinse Brexit.  UPS must just be charging everyone, the only reason this was resolved in the customers favor was because the customer involved the media.
The customers now must use commodity numbers when buying from Europe, then the delivery companies will think twice before charging you.

Not if you are selling and hoping to capture buyers with more cash to spend.
Catch the buyers with a misleading heading of 50 whilst actually making double.
Get round the legal stuff by illustrating a coin in a box - only 50 - whilst adding the same coin to another package or bundle it with a postcard for example.
Always been so with RM proof gold coins sold singly and in boxed sets.
You buy the limited to 370 set only to find they minted another 1500 of the same coins but sold singly.
Paying an enormous amount of money for a square of paper with a number printed on it and a paragraph written about the designer plus a wooden box inside a thin cardboard sleeve is par for the RM.
As for the Three Graces - they should add a small privy to each coin and do another run.
I wonder how that would affect the price ?
This happened with one of the Perth Mint Lunar silver coins when the original issue went meteoric and prices doubled overnight.
The privy version came out at regular price but with a much reduced mintage so in theory should have been priced higher on the secondary market.
Collectors were truly pi**ed at the time when this happened.
Today the original has crashed in price.
I know because I have both versions.
