  1. I think its absurd that , I would get 3 emails . Confirmation of order , fulfillment and then cancellation . Then have the burden of retrieving my funds passed on to me . Is this not absurd . Then to worsen this , I was given contradicting reasons for why the order was canceled. I think my poor and incorrect response, doesn't negate US Mints **** up or what ever u want to label it .
  2. Age is unimportant (also how old do u think someone with 840 dollars to spend on silver and gold high preuim coins is?). Here is my argument (Please note I said I lost my cool, I admit I acted in a brash manner.I was rude and was emotionally compromised . Please read what follows ): I spent 840.20 dollars on gold and silver coins . 542.16 euro (not full amount as the 5 oz was on back order and it has been brought up that they do not bill u if an item is back ordered )was removed from my bank account and is still yet to be returned. These coins were mainly purchased as gifts for older family members (this is an explanation , not a justification for my highly emotional and incorrect response ) I would argue the amount of money spent is no small sum to the everyday individual. I acted correctly for the first part of the engagement . I complied with them . I even tried to help trouble shoot when they said there were issues conforming my details (I mentioned eire codes , as I mention in next line , the reason was shipping . A common error is ireland has eir codes onstead of zip codes. Many usa companies I have ordered from have had this issue when shipping address has been an issue) Then quoted this " According to the current international shipping policy, the order was unable to be " this would imply there is an issue with the shipping address ( ie cannot ship to Ireland or most likely couldnt find my address . So as I have done before with places from usa I tried to help and a brought up the eire code.) or change in shipping policy since my last order (ww1 coins) Then was hit with this You are not officially charged for any order until it ships out from our fulfiullment center. {How can I be not officially charged and have money taken away from me } You'll need to contact your financial institution to inquire about them releasing the funds. However, you were not officially charged for the order because the order never shipped out. So now , to be clear for later . They stated reason for canceling was due to " international shipping policy " and I was told that I had not been officially charged even though funds have been taken from my current account (NOW I ACCEPT IF REASON WAS DUE TO NOT SHIPPING TO IRELAND BUT THIS CANNOT BE TRUE , OR HAS CHANGED SINCE LAST YEAR AS I HAVE RECEIVED WW1 SET ie shipping has beeen possible before ...so whats changed ????) So now for a problem that i have not caused , I now need to take time out of my life to fix by " contact your financial institution to inquire about them releasing the funds" Then was told this "We were unable to validate the international payment method. You may replace the order using the wire transfer payment method. " this now contradicts the reason for why order was canceled from earlier ( so now in my emotional state this angers me more as this person has just contracted themselves which indicates they have no idea whats going on , or I am dealing with a low level person who. Either are plausible Answers) So was told one reason and then shortly had this reason contradicted . I agree I acted poorly but . This is a joke . Clearly something was wrong on their end . Was it "international shipping policy or was it not being able to validate funds " Will correct any grammatical errors later , very tired and stressed as now I need to find replacement presents .

If you did not request a cancellation, it was cancelled because the item(s) are no longer in our inventory and are not available for backorder. We apologize for the inconvenience.   7. Have ordered before and didnt get hit with any costume charges . I didnt think I would be liable for them even if I was lucky and missed them the other times I have made orders Coins were always lower then 150 , also there is no vat on gold (I think)

  12. Just got confirmation email (2nd email from them) showing everything I bought , but the amount does match with the money that was just taken out of my bank . The difference is the cost of 5oz.... lol
