That's a hell of a price for the Gold Standard 2020 @paulmerton, hatton garden metals is always somewhere I forget to check for bullion deals as anytime I have had a peek they always seems kinda pricey! Certainly not this time though. @FFposh do you have 4x2020 or the 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2020? I have the 18, 19 & 20....on the look out for the 16 at a good price! To answer your initial question though, if you have a date run then I would definitely keep hold. I have a sneaky suspicion that something is going on with them. So if they do go End Of Life that may increase the value slightly over time. That and I think they're stunning anyway 😊

The Gold Standard Coin is one of the most underrated in my opinion........they're stunning in hand. Disappointingly though the RM have decided not to release a 2021 1/4oz bullion version. Even though the thing was listed on their site, albeit very briefly! But apparently that was a mistake too 🤦🏻‍♂️ I'm a little concerned they may go end of life.

Like you though, I preferred the bullion QB over the proof and as you say the 2oz bullions were massive for the RM so I am hoping they will replicate in this series, fingers crossed! Apologies if I missed the answer to this question somewhere but will there be a good ol' fashioned 2oz Bullion version released?? I mean don't get me wrong I'm pretty tight anyway but more so that 'proofs' most definitely don't float my boat at all 🤷🏻‍♂️

Another couple of ounces to add to my mini Panda stack arrived yesterday. Great condition and any wee marks appear to be just on the caps. These 2020 & 2021 Pandas were courtesy of @Fadeingstar, a super seller and a pleasure to deal with 👍🏻

With there being so many unanswered questions so far, I think perhaps at this stage I'd be looking to confirm if I have at least got a pure 1oz bar of silver in my hand or not. This just seems to be the only thing you can do that will at least return an accurate answer either way. Now what you need to do is find a forum member that has a Sigma who would be willing to lend a hand. There are definitely a few folk on here that have them 🤔

I'm almost positive someone was selling some bars recently on the forum and there were a few of the Scottsdales in there too. I'll have a little look and see if I can find the listing 👍🏻

Pick yourself up a wee rare earth magnet (neodymium) @paulmerton and see if she sticks to that sucker like glue. They are handy we things to have just for a quick check and they will pick out the poorer fakes for fun and a slide test will also give an inclination too.

Managed to pick up yet another great priced 999.9 1/4oz from @morezone This time it was the beautiful 2018 Gold Standard! It gets to keep my 2019 & 2020 Gold Standard company in the stack 😁 I also picked 5 of the T22 ringed airtites which make the quarter ouncers absolutely pop!

I've a feeling it won't be your last either! Stunning pick up 👍🏻

Hi @Rob64, Unless you're buying this Lion to complete your own current collection I personally wouldn't spend 2 grand on it! Pick up the QB completer which is stunning plus a 2021 sov and put £300 back in your pocket. Just my thoughts for what they are worth, one stacker to the other. Happy stacking man 👍🏻
