I agree, I live under a rock tech wise and I like it that way, I even use a basic non smart mobile phone, the battery lasts 2 weeks, I wanted a Nikon microscope, I could of afforded one of the latest all singing and dancing electronic ones, but I didnt like them and had to go hunting the antique path to find what I wanted that was all mechanical and manual, I dont trust this smart tech, its invasive and not secure, and I agree its dumbing down a nation and even a world.

I’m glad you all got out before getting burnt. I’m done with all these fledgling gold savings/payments companies. I’m sticking to physical precious metals from now on which doesn’t involve any third party risks.

Question:  If you had three million ounces of gold to sell, would you sell them all at once?
Well, this is what happened yesterday.  In the space of half an hour three separate sell orders of one million ounces of gold were places on the COMEX futures market.  It would appear this was a deliberate attempt by an individual entity to drive down the price of gold.  Yesterday, “55 million ounces of gold had exchanged hands in total in New York.  That’s equivalent to half a year’s global gold production.”

    Should we be surprised?
The whiz kids in the City can make money when the price goes down as well as when the price goes up.
“Short sellers” were probably struggling following the recent price increases, and so this would have been a welcome relief for them.
Bullion Banks may also be seeing their business model coming under threat from low interest rates and high gold prices (I wrote about this on Sunday in the “Bullion Bank System” thread in the General Precious Metals section).
So, there are lots of vested interests that may not want the price of gold to increase, so before you rush to sell your gold, reflect on what is really happening in the gold market.
Oh yes, the Pound also had a good day against the Dollar yesterday (driving the Pound price of gold down) because Brexit is going so well!
Does anyone have any data on yesterday's silver market?

I was wondering about that too. apparently the best price can be found in HERE instead of local scrappers.
They will charge same fee(10~20%)  for pure silver, 80%, 92.5% 50% whatever.
So my conclusion is stacking 50% silver is probably most BORING but MOST ECONOMICAL way of stacking.
That being said a little bit of my 50% are on sale for 5% below spot ^^*.

What have we seen for over 100 years?
The UK was decimated by WWI. The Flower of the country's youth was slaughtered running at machine guns for no purpose. An avoidable war deliberately orchestrated by the ruling class.
WWII what was that about? Allegedly it was to save Poland which wasn't saved but spent decades under the Soviet totalitarian system. An avoidable war deliberately orchestrated by the ruling class years before it began. The country was utterly bankrupted and in reality has never recovered - as was the intention.
Since WWII the economy has been dismantled. This was accelerated with entry into the EU. Thatcher oversaw the nation's assets being sold off for a song - most of the utilities are now run by foreign companies. She destroyed the coal mines. Engineering went down the tubes.
Now we have a state television company full of Leftists, habouring paedophiles and every other colour of deviant pumping out 24/7 BS. The infant schools are pushing gender studies, drag queen story telling and every other brain rot for the kids. We have a police not fit for purpose, more interested in Tweets than actual crimes. The country's law has enshrined the Climate Change agenda - which those who have not been sucked in by the propaganda know is a lie. The list is very long. So no surprise that the politicians continue to push policies which run contrary to commonsense and what is good for the people. It is not Socialism, or Conservatism or any other name you care to give it. They are in practice all the same. They are all a mixture of the incompetent and the criminal.

On Friday, I used my trip to London to attend the Brexit demonstrations to get my first Shield Back Sovereign, in the Hatton Garden area.
