  1. Its a anti-counterfeiting mark that is more visible in ultraviolet (black light) - as well as the "NGC Authentic" mark in the center of the label - refer to the image shown.
  2. So you remember back in 2014 & 2015 the ½ Sovereign & Full Sovereign had the "Unfrosted" Variety. Where the Obverse was a bullion strike and the reverse was a Proof, aka a Mule. Is this another instance of this? refer to the images provided. This is a 2022 ¼ Sovereign Bullion with a "Frosted" Reverse. What do you think ?
