Sharps Pixley (london bullion shop) Gold made by valcambi. Originally from a combiBar
1 gram gold £62 each, plus postage. PPFF or BT
Admittedly, it is not the cheapest you will ever see for 1 gram of gold right now, but quite possibly the cheapest you will ever see for sharps pixley gold (£81 for one gram in store right now, although thats packaged)

So its a listing for small ingot collectors
Due to my low feedback rating. I am happy to send the item before payment to anyone with 100+ feedback

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12714409/San-Jose-shipwreck-treasure-Colombia-20-billion.html
Colombia declares the wreck will be raised before President Gustavo Petro's term of office ends in 2026 Around 200 tons of gold, silver and emeralds are thought to be on board the legendary Spanish flagship which sunk during a skirmish with the British in 1708 But Colombia faces competing claims from Spain, Bolivia, and a US company which claims it found it first   The 'Holy Grail of shipwrecks' containing up to 200 tons of gold, silver and emeralds could be floating on the Caribbean within months after Colombia declared a national mission to recover the treasure.
The Spanish galleon San Jose sank off the Colombian port of Cartagena after its powder magazines detonated during a skirmish with the British in 1708. On board were treasures worth up to $20 billion in today's money along with 600 sailors, all but 11 of whom went down with the ship.
In 2015, the Colombian government announced that a team of navy divers had discovered the legendary ship lying in nearly 3,100 feet of water. Last year, another team brought back jaw-dropping images of its perfectly preserved cargo.

What a great thread. Interesting how it started as a way to undermine the strength of the forum and cause harm, but look at what has come out - incredible generosity, solidarity, and lots of constructive and community-building discussion.
As one of the top sellers on the forum it behoves me to be part of this discussion about feedback, looking after buyers etc. and I'm sure that I was in the minds of some of those members criticising business sellers not giving feedback to buyers and I fully take that on board.
As anyone who runs any kind of high volume operation is aware, it is a challenge to keep multiple threads running and not to drop them or run out of time for them, and a way of dealing with that is to use systems - they are more failsafe, and more efficient.
I know how important feedback is especially for new members, but feedback is time consuming and requires total concentration to get right, so I have a system to ensure I don't miss anyone out. Yes, there is a bit of a wait involved, but better late than never, right?
Roughly every two weeks, I go over all the feedback I have received on the PC (it is so difficult on the phone!!) and leave feedback for those members one by one, from oldest to most recent. I try make sure I select the right thread as well. Everyone who leaves feedback for me will be reciprocated, to my knowledge, without fail, with this system.
I thought about this a lot and tried out different methods, and this seems to me the best way to get it right, even if it means a bit of a wait for the buyer. I am sorry about that.
One thing I should probably do better is tell people that's what I do so they know that it WILL come.
The other reason I do it this way is that for me, the transaction is not complete until the buyer has received and is happy with the item and the service. When I buy, I put a lot of weight on how good a seller is by how they handle when something does go wrong. Mistakes happen to both good sellers and poor ones, but the good ones will bend over backwards to put it right and make sure the buyer is happy. So When I have got my feedback, I know that the transaction is complete, the buyer is happy, so I can then reciprocate. If I would leave feedback immediately when the buyer has paid it would cut out the whole after-sale side of the transaction.
For me, it is good practice for the buyer to inform the seller when they have received the item and leave feedback at that stage.
Bit of a long-winded way to "explain myself" but I hope it helps to give the perspective on why I do it my way and that there's no intention to walk away from it. Any tips of how I can do it better would of course be welcome.
So, @stefffana, I haven't forgotten about you - I'll get onto it right now!!

This is nothing new. I leave feedback as soon as I receive my purchase so I can thank the buyer, acknowledge safe receipt and announce my feedback is given all in one PM. Over the years I have witnessed several sellers not leave feedback despite the expectation it is left for them. It does work both ways. It is respectful. It’s what makes the community a good place to be.

I agree that a vast improvement to the feedback section would be buyer/seller tabs.
Although the majority of my visits to the forum are as a purchaser, I have sold one or two coins (usually as a response to a ‘wanted’ post).
I have only been a member for 18 months and have already accumulated 3 pages of feedback. In order to find my seller feedback, a potential buyer would have to trawl though a couple a pages to find any.
Whilst the forum site is still undergoing an upgrade… perhaps this should be included @ChrisSilver.
I am certain that this would be a positive and informative upgrade.

I love you man and I appreciate everything you do for TSF. You are a champion in the UK gold/silver space ♥️
I have noticed on occasion you are somewhat confrontational with responses to folks on YouTube. It may seem innocent on your behalf but you should understand that as an important cog in the community that your opinions, even if off the cuff, carry a lot more weight than the average person
I strongly disagree about buyer feedback being unimportant. For established members with 100+ trades it's maybe inconsequential but for new members the feedback is essential. The most important metric on TSF is the feedback/trading history. If you see someone has spent £10K or £100K on TSF with no issues, surely that has to carry some weight?
I agree with your views on selling feedback being more important than buying feedback but that doesn't make buying feedback unimportant. I also agree that a buying history is irrelevant for selling. If I started selling on TSF I would treat myself as a total noob and would ship first before receiving payment (to high rep/trading members only), or use your good self as an intermediary
For separation of buy/sell feedback I think it would be prudent to distinguish between gold and silver. I'll happily buy silver from anyone, especially if it's Britannias, but gold? Not on your nelly. Trusted members only. Selling gold is a different league
Please don't take this as being negative, I've had nothing but great dealings with you and hopefully this will continue for a long time!

I would, I prefer to sell to previous buyers or buyers with good feedback, and I am always nervous selling to a new buyer.
Not on here but not that long ago I sold a 1926-1932SA date run to someone on a Facebook group, heard nothing but about 3 weeks later he raised a 'transaction not recognised', claim with his bank.
I had to upload evidence to an online portal including screenshots of the conversations, screenshot of the tracking, scan of the postage receipt.  My bank found in my favour and rejected the chargeback but it was a stressful few days until they did.
So sellers face the same risks as buyers, potentially losing their pm's for no monetary gain.  This is why I like to see feedback for a buyer on here and like dealing with repeat buyers and well established members.
I have sold 207 times on TSF, and been a buyer 316 times (I record everything in a way I can filter it).  My feedback is almost all as a seller, buyers are far better at leaving feedback than sellers are.
Not sure who said it in this thread now, but the best thing I have heard is the ability to see buying and selling feedback separately.  I find that super useful on eBay, I don't need to know the seller buys incontinence pants every week from the same seller, but I would like to know how many coins they have sold and see the feedback on that

Why feedback is important for me and most of new members?
This is the way how we can proof to be trusty part of this community. As new starters, most of the time we would rather prefer to read forum first and gain some knowledge. Some of us would like to sell some of our stock, so it is obvious we try to buy something first and gain good feedbacks. I completely disagree with saying feedback for the buyer means nothing. I understand that some very active sellers like to treat us as just another client and source of income, fair enough. But, "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it". That is why big dealers like Chards or Atkison provide high customer service and are successful even with the higher prices than on TSF.

Okay, my turn to weigh in on feedback.
My feedback has been mostly as a seller, but I do have some buyer and swap feedback in there too.
I never leave feedback either way until the sale is complete, and a sale is only complete when the item has arrived and BOTH parties are aware of that.  It is therefore incumbent on the buyer to notify the seller, either through PM or through feedback, and until that is done, I do not leave feedback for buyers.
As the seller, I have found that despite only ever selling coins on here which were in mint condition (absolutely no doubts about this), were meticulously packaged better than any dealer has ever sent to me, and were notified throughout all steps from payment receipt, to posted, to tracking number etc, some buyers simply don't acknowledge receipt!  When that is the case, I don't initiate leaving feedback.  This isn't ebay, it's a mostly private forum, and so I believe that it's only polite to notify the seller of receipt, especially if the seller has gone to quite some effort to carefully package an expensive item.  I don't mind if buyers don't leave feedback, I'm a long time member with plenty of accurate feedback already, but I do think it's just polite to let a seller know through PM that an expensive item has arrived safely.  It's just good manners on a private forum.  Having said that, I do understand that some buyers may not wish to be left feedback for privacy reasons, and I'm quite happy to be asked not to leave feedback.  Communication is easy.
As the seller, my duty is to make sure that the item is described accurately, has decent enough photos so that the buyer knows what he is getting, that a sale description is given and agreed, that payment is acknowledged in a timely manner, that the packing is good and secure, that postage is done in a timely manner, and that tracking if applicable is notified to the buyer.  As the buyer, it is my duty to pay promptly after agreeing to the sale, and to communicate that the item has arrived safely.  Feedback is optional of course, but a seller should reciprocate if a buyer leaves feedback.
This is my understanding of the etiquette, happy to be corrected if I've been doing it wrong all these years .
