It is best to buy locally at the best price you can get. No anxiety and worries while waiting on international shipping. Also, you get to examine the item or pick and choose from the inventory.
With regards to sharing knowledge and information, I freely share any I’ve learned and gathered through the years. My pet peeve with TSF is limiting certain areas of discussion to paying members (not only buy & sell opportunities).

Gold is not an investment tool. It is a hedge for preserving wealth. The buying power of gold has been constant for the past 4 centuries or so. It is the fiat currencies that have been losing their value/buying power hence the increase in price of a troz of gold (in relation to fiat currencies).

Prior to 2000, RM issued BU 5 Sovereign coins with a ‘U’ mint mark. Beginning year 2000, they issued BU 5 Sovereign coins with no ‘U’ mint mark (last they were done was with King Edward VII). The first 500 struck were sent to PCGS for grading along with their struck order. I have the 23rd & 56th struck 5 Sovereigns with MS69 grade.
They did the same for first struck 2000 Sovereigns. Don’t own any but they are out there.

That's in line with their latest coin in the "Masterpiece" collection, although other coins in it were based on the same design, as Great Engraves'

For British coinage, KC3 is obverse and Liberty/Britannia is reverse but it is the other way in the US. Your default obverse is the monarch (which the US fought to be free of) and our obverse is the side with Liberty on it. Clear as mud?
