We are WAY behind real inflation. If gold catches up we will all be kicking ourselves we didn’t back up the truck today and buy shed loads.

Over the last 10 years i have probably had around 6000KG - 8000KG of copper maybe more. Same again in brass. Tend to sell when the price is right and i have more than 2 or 3 tonne! It’s a sight to behold but a pain to store! Gold is much easier to store and doesn’t lose its lustre

Nope! I got till November (mortgage term end) and i think we aint seen nothing yet now a bull run has finally started. Hopefully I’ll be cashing some out at £2k + towards the end of the year. If the price hits the floor i can use other funds but gold makes the most sense for me especially when prices should be sky high

Wow that is very lucky. Who do you grade with/through? i have 1 proof a 1oz QB completer which i would like graded but anything less than PF70 would be too much to take for me 😂 also thought about grading my bullion QB set but again would need them all the be perfection which im sure they’re not - plus not sure if grading bullion is even worth it.

Wow. The weight here is frankly irrelevant. I don’t collect proofs - mainly because I would need perfection and you sir have achieved it. Be interesting to know how you source and achieve such high grades. Bravo 👏

I’ve noticed atkinsons are buying under spot. Not long ago they were offering 1% over spot - i know cause i sold some! i guess they need to buy below spot due to the premiums being low at the moment. I think they will have a lot of stock from people taking profits. premiums are an interesting thing to keep an eye on as it’s suprising how much of a difference there can be during different periods
