Received this beauty from fellow coin YouTuber “Gold Digger Dave” as part of our regular mystery coin swap. I was very pleased when I opened up the package and saw this.

Silver stack mission complete. 
Took this photo the other day as I wave farewell to it all. This is for my kids, they like the sets specially the Kookaburra and some of the little ones in the second pic. The bars, tubes and cases with date runs are going into secure storage only to be visited when added to.
All the single coins I’m now selling off to add to Sovereigns or Brits. Well that’s the plan unless something tempts me 😆

Arrived today, nothing too special but another 100g + 925 Silver. All early 20th century.
Sold as scrap but I think some of these old antique hallmarked pieces are too nice for the melting pot.
I like a bit of history.
Now, does anyone know who won the Chester & District Billiards League in 1938 - 39? 😂

The new 24-carat one troy ounce of gold coin has been produced with 'micro-detail' so the waves in the background appear to roll as you look at them from different angles.
The illusion of moving waves is a security measure introduced to make it difficult for forgers to copy. There are others, including a disk by the bottom of the regal figure's dress that also acts like a hologram so you can see either a padlock or trident on it, again depending on what angle you look at it from.

This has to be the most awesome set I own, truly stunning, will need to practice my picture taking as @Jamesd does the 2oz version a lot more justice (further up the page) than my piss poor pics!

More bullion grade Sovereigns from 2013 which I might just flip a few, as a decent price for a quick sale. Thinking of doing a bullion sovereigns date run, as date runs seem to have captured my kids interest.
Plus a tube of 2017 Brits from @arshimo2012who promised me some later this week, when fast finger @Tn21had beat to some he put up earlier by about a minute.
