All I know I thought I had Xmas pressies sorted now it looks as if I will get Xmas bars in January and I still have to buy pressies. 😆 🤣 

I fear come tomorrow it will be disappointments all-round.
Orders will get cancelled en masse, and those that placed them knowing full well it was an honest mistake by the RM will whine despite not having any interest in these products to begin with, greed being the driving factor. Those responsible for this debacle at the RM may even end up losing their jobs. The RM will be stuck with a surplus of bars after canceling all those orders not shifting any during the Black Friday event, except for the occasional unbeknownst single purchase. Customers genuinely in search of these products over the weekend will be disappointed due to depleted stocks. Online dealers will have missed out on Black Friday sales because everybody rushed to spend all their money on the deal of the century which we all know is too good to be true. Those that think that the RM will be fulfilling these orders at a loss have another thing coming. I’m going to sit back and enjoy the show. Popcorn anyone?
P.S. And some bank accounts may even get suspended due to suspicious transactions for having placed multiple orders in a single day or over the course of the weekend.

For sure the 2x5g bars is the best deal.. I was pointing out that people didn’t need to spend over £500 to get a decent deal. Paying out an extra £200 for the 2x5g for a £5 difference overall, may not be worth it for some people at this time of year

I don't like bars but I bought them because they were at spot with free delivery, they're pure gold, and most importantly I know they're genuine and I'll be able to prove it with the receipts should I wish to sell them on. That makes them highly liquid and I'd rather have my wealth in gold than fiat. The value of cash is going down by the day and yet the overall trend for gold is upwards..
No brainer as far as I'm concerned! Plus a free 50p!

The Tavex price is £296 delivered on the Christmas Tree bars, other dealers charge more
Arguably every bar bought is £40 saved. Mine are Christmas presents, cheaper than sovs so I'm chuffed. I imagine a few folks on TSF will be flipping these bars elsewhere for £300-330 and why not it's basically free money
You're right though I'm not keen on bars. Likely they started minting these bars back in Sept-Oct when spot was lower. RM aren't paying spot for their gold anyway so don't lose sleep for them. They make a boatload on gold and will still profit from these bars just not as much as they thought they would 🤗
