On the topic of ebay feedback, it might depend on settings, but I’ve just clicked onto a bullion seller and can see what their customers have been buying. It shows the item description and how much it sold for. It hides the identity of the buyer by only showing the first and last letters of their user name. I came on here yesterday to advertise some sovereigns and noticed this thread and the debate surrounding feedback. Because I’ve not got a huge amount of feedback on here, in my ad I’ve offered to share my ebay user ID with interested buyers so they can see I’m a reputable seller. The aim is to provide more confidence for buyers, especially after what’s happened here.
