Due to age and ill health I have now disposed of all of my collection and accessories through the Forum, and I should like to thank all the members for their help, advice (and purchases)
In particular I thank everyone with whom I have dealt for their friendliness and courtesy in all my dealings.

I have a long history of NOT buying anything directly from the rm due to the host of problems i myself and countless other face when doing this.
BUT
Even for the rm I feel this is a blatant money grabbing exercise using the death of QEII is vulgar, offensive and tactless at the very least.
I for sure won't be buying any even on the secondary market!
I know for most it will just be another sovereign to collect or flip.

HSBC are crooks. My missus got stung years ago paying a speeding fine in Germany for me. Biggest crooks out there. 

I've used Wise and one or two other 3rd party services to send money to the fam in Indonesia and they always give substantially better retail F/X rates than you get from the banks or forex companies.  HSBCs retail F/X spreads are well into the realms of taking the piss.

Paypal I dont use anymore. They have turned in the woke thought police. Also they can fine you up $2500 also now. Loads have closed their accounts. Initially there was stink about the fine but they've quietly reintroduced it....

Atkinsons Bullion can easily take several kilos in one go…not a problem. One TSF member put this to the test a while ago, and all went smoothly. I did half a kilo over the counter…and got paid straight away. Hope this info helps…

Minted every year from 1870-1891
Most mintages are about 300.000 per year.
Most of them were minted in Kremnitz, Skovakia (KB mintmark), and a few in Romania (GYF).
I am missing: 1873, 1879, 1886 and some variations. If anyone has one of them for sale or trade, please let me know.

Thanks for asking..but I managed to pick up that little rooster a good while ago. I’m now on the lookout for rare Peruvian Una Libras, Guatemalan 10/20 Quetzales and nice Albanian 1926/27 Skanderbegus if you have any😀😀!
