A very nice 1917 George V Half Crown.

1995 RCM 1/2 Oz Platinum Proof Lynx    Not much else to add - an attractive Ronseal 9995 Platinum proof coin to whose existence I was totally oblivious until this weekend.   There were three other 1995 plynx coins - 1/10, 1/4 and 1oz - which together with this fellow comprised a full set. Each had a different design.

Just arrived from Germany

Around 10 Kgs of silver coins added this past couple of weeks. Off out on the canoe later hope I don't lose it all

Another day another half crown 😂 Got some lenses for my camera I’ve been playing with too.

A nice 2nd Coin Cabinet arrival that solves a storage/ display problem.  
The Cabinet has a drawer for coin paraphernalia, the remainder of the them fitted out with Inserts that accept Crowns, which was its intended purpose.
As a nice bonus,  the drawers are also deep enough to hold 10 Slabs per drawer 😃 and my Peter Nichols Cabinet with my historic Silver sits nicely up on top 👍

UPDATE:
I have the coin now (top one in photos) and sadly it’s a brass token. 😔
It was worth a shot.
There is also the second coin in the box too, another George III and badly worn but this doesn’t appear to be a gaming token at first glance.
There are well over 200 coins in this box, if anything I’m looking forward to rummaging through the rest at the weekend. I hope there’s a sovereign in there. 😬
There are some nice pre 1920 silver coins in there so it’s not all bad.
I’ve never bought a ‘job lot’ like this before.

I don’t collect many silver coin series but I love pirates and ships so I had to continue with collecting the Tuvalu Black Flag Series.

100 half crowns, some big gold pieces and a Brit bar. 

Definitely not everyone's cup of tea which is why I felt I should post it! 
1/2 oz of 999 gold #17 of #95 minted. Not keen on the actual coin design TBH but I got a cracking deal so I'm happy.
