  1. Not really a mule which is when an obverse and reverse that shouldn't be together are used. This is really an "overdate" or "die error" It's the 2010 /2009 that is the mule.
  2. IMO it's VF and a tad, but not close to EF
  3. One dealer listed with a 2004.........€329 !!!
  4. Germany was always the best place to source them. IIRC the guy who get prosecuted for ripping off customers was a very good source. Some of the old timers might be able to remember his name.
  5. Did you find a good source for mintages? I believe the first few years were much lower than later.
  6. I have all the Somali you are missing, they took some putting togather and some were pretty expensive. I might be willing to release them to a good home but only as a set I think, but I would have no idea how to value them.
  7. There was also a 2010 version with the reverse (elephant) 2009 design (?mule). I've no idea how many were minted but it was a substantial number.
  8. Must have just been looking at the Aussie mints.
  9. There really is very little to rival the detail on a good quality proof Jubilee Head obverse.
  10. My only recent dealing with Bairds was sending them a mixed bag of broken jewellery. The invoice they issued was short of my estimate as they had classified it all as 9ct even though I knew there was some 18ct in there. I was told bluntly on the phone that as their guys check everything they receive by XRF they couldn't possibly be wrong but did agree to ask for it to be checked. The next day I received an amended invoice that correctly valued the parcel. Totally unacceptable for an alleged top class refiner.
  11. If this is 2oz silver, I will sell you my set at cost, I'm not sure I'm sufficiently enamored with it to want to keep it. It seems perfect.
  12. Happy to test any sov/half sov test jigs for you, I have a "few" of each😉
  13. If anyone could print one for me?😊
  14. Stick them on with Ebay GSP enabled. Overseas buyers can't buy them without using the GSP and you just have to send them to the GSP depot in the midlands. Costs slightly more in Ebay fees though, but not much if you are on a 80% offer. Someone on here kicking themselves then!
  15. In my experience the 59 is definitiely rarer than the 57. Up until recently with the sudden rise in popularity of the 57 and the commensurate rise in price, they seemed pretty common and I regarded them in the same league as all the other years apart from the 59, which I diligently hoarded.
  16. Not many sovs around the forum this weekend so here are a few 1957 £420 Sold 1964 £412 Sold 1966 £405 Sold 1965 £410 (No. 6, 8, 9 and 10 sold) What's Left: 4. 1967 £400 Sold 5. 1965 £405 Sold 7. 1965 £405 Plus postage of your choice at cost Paypal or Bank Transfer
  17. The photos on NGC are showing lots of scratches, are they all on the slab?
