I had a letter from the public prosecutor, it has now been translated and he's been prosecuted.  He is also awaiting further prosecutions for more serious charges.
 In the preliminary investigation  against Dr. Friedhelm Werner Koenig

The accused was finally convicted to an 11month sentence (parole) on the 02/05/2017 by the local court in Straubing - reference number ********** because of another offence. 

Moreover, another criminal case against the  accused is pending with a court in Giessen under reference number **********  because of furhter criminal offenses.

Whatever is done we need to bring this to peoples attention, so when they google him they see what people have ordered and not received
Hopfully this would prevent others from getting ripped off. We need to start a thread based on experiences with this individual.
Didn't someone suggest a list where we could post feedback on traders?

I will dig out and post the phone number of the police officer in Germany that is dealing with the case.
Maybe if others make contact it will help get the guy.

That would be really helpfull becouse in the next week I will start procedure with police in Poland.
