1914 full Sovereign from the HGM lucky dip. Also pictured is the 1/4 2013 Panda bought from a member last month.
Picking up more gold than silver these days.

Splashed out last week so we can call it an early Xmas/Birthday pressie to myself.
1 oz 2010 and 2011 Somali Elephants.  Mintage is supposed to be 1850.  Paid a hefty premium.
1 oz 1981 Libertad.  Different design to the modern coin so wanted this variant for the collection.
Some 1/10ths.  2017 Somali Elephant, 2007 Isle Man Cats, Apmex round.

It looks like a I.E.B variety to me, considerably more rare? I'd like some opinions here as i don't yet have Marsh's half sov book, and google returns a little info but more on the Sydney variety of which there are only 3 examples of this

A couple of cheap and cheerful old silver coins, nothing expensive just love old stuff.
I would go for a higher grade but the prices get into sovereign territory and I think I would go for gold over silver most times. 
If I'm wrong please tell me ?

The 2016 releases of the gold dime, quarter, and half dollar needed a reunion with their big sister.    An absolutely stunning $20 gold ultra high relief coin.   

Today I received two 2017 Premium Gold Proof Sovereign sets. I'm hoping to flip one quickly to bring down my net cost for my 'keeper'. 
 
It came via Special Delivery, in a padded box!
