  1. They might actually send me a 2013 vintage now
  2. Well I just won another bottle of bubbly tonight
  3. It is easy to get carried away but I pace myself and am now up with the money spent. The champagne win left me £25 up, now this win leaves me clear in a better way.
  4. It will probably take a week to be posted to me as they contact their supplier to send it out. What a prize, seeing as I only bought 2 tickets
  5. Guess who won the 1 kg silver coin this week? 😎
  6. Nice win @HerefordBullyun, congratulations
  7. My prize turned up although it's not the year advertised on the draw. I'm not fussed, they even threw in a box of caramel truffles with it. The silver coins are from @theman73, great bloke to deal with. Another winner in the same draw also won the 1kg silver Britannia. I'll try my luck on the latest kilo coin draw as I'm feeling lucky 😊
  8. Well I had a nice surprise tonight when I had an email to say I won a 2013 Dom Perignon 2013 75cl gift box! It's the first decent prize I've had on there. When I get it I'll post it here. I guessed that the odds on this draw would be in my favour as there are five bottles up for grabs with 299 tickets. I bought 3 tickets in total and these bottles aren't exactly cheap to buy so I'm pleased
  9. Just £10 credit I've listened to the live draws and some people have won big prizes numerous times. Makes me wonder how deep their pockets are. There was one fella from Northern Ireland who had won two Rolex watches in a short space of time and another from the South of England who's had 4 motorbikes. Someone else has had a few cars. That's a lot of money put down that's paid off for them wheras i just buy a random ticket or two every so often.
  10. Only just recently Rev Comps have included gold and silver prizes in their draws. I've only ever won a tenner on my credit when I entered for a recent draw on a car but a work colleague won a 4 grand watch five years ago. I dread to think how much I've spent on tickets.
  11. https://australiapostcollectables.com.au/stamp-issues/cocos-keeling-islands-currency-of-the-clunies-ross-era Here's a bit more history into these coins.
  12. That looks like a 5 cents piece compared to the coin on this link. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces70460.html
  13. The latest deal in the papers at one per household per year. I'm wondering if they mean one per year at this price, then if next offer is lower or higher you can buy again?
  14. He asked Bully what the meaning of balloon knot meant and once he found out he was never heard of again!
  15. I bought this 1865 shield back half sovereign die 23 in town yesterday and noticed the die crack through the number six on the date. Certain light and angles show it better. These are best close ups I can manage, so apologies for the quality.
  16. Today I picked up this 1865 half sovereign (die 23) from my local bullion dealer. Can't get a decent close up with my phone but it looks like a die crack through the 6 on the date.
  17. I see the bullion Swan has been released in Australia but any idea when the release date for UK?
  18. Picked up this South African 1/10 oz 24 carat gold 2003 Lion that's from the Natura series.
  19. I did wonder that as when the series first started I did see somewhere that it was for five years. As a coloured version is now out it would be odd if they pulled the plug on the bullion version.
  20. https://www.sharpspixley.com/buy-bullion/buy-gold/buy-coins/queen-elizabeth-ii-memorial-sovereign-2022-five-coin?product_list_mode=grid&product_list_order=recommended&p=2 Not sure if previously posted but Sharps Pixley have the five coin set in stock.
