I'm 32, self employed and have no pension and I have no intention of acquiring one.
Gold will be my retirement fund and in my mind the most secure asset out there bar none, I have absolutely no trust in any retirement fund, government or banking system in the long run, and even if these establishments are still in place in 30 years or so inflation probably will have whittled away my pension pot to who knows what?
Debt will play a huge roll in the future, default after default, there's just no way out of it, sorry for being so doom and gloom but this is the way things look to me, I wish it wasn't, I wish I could put my money into a nice secure bank paying 6% interest a year and enjoy compound interest far into the future but unfortunately those days are gone.
Gold all the way for me with the buying and selling of silver when the time's right.

Rhodiums supply is 1% of golds annual supply, a tiny market mined in South Africa and Russia, because of that it has huge upside potential, hit $10k in 2008, with all the recent political turmoil $2k isn't a bubble.

Seems like the royal mint are minting these to order, let's face it the lion would be long gone by now.
When they say there's no mintage they mean it, I can see them minting all the bullion coins for the duration of the series.
Short term thinking from the royal mint yet again.
