    @swAgger the Ambassadors ? are in the process of compiling a series of questions and points that need addressing. Members of Kinesis have just been invited to deal with them. The registration issue is one of most important ones. Another is one i have repeated several times which is the Telegram system buries important posts and answers to questions. It might be good for inane chattering over the internet but when it comes to presenting information in a searchable format it sucks. It is getting flooded with people joining for the Ethereum drop. i expect most aren't really interested in Kinesis but as i pointed out at least it spreads the word over Fakebook.
    i don't know how long the registration will take to be approved or rejected. A poster on Telegram 'IW' put out some posts over the weekend which attacked Kinesis making out it was an illegal operation being as it is not a Designated Business (yet). This caused a bit of a stir. These posts got taken down after a while - we wonder if this poster was acting for BullionCoin which is launching shortly. Tom Coughlin came out to admitt Kinesis has not got registration yet but they had been actively working with the IoM authorities for several months and had presented to them in person about what they intended. Since Kinesis is primarily an Australian outfit, presentations in the IoM aren't a short trip over the Irish Sea. i gather from a post in the Ambassadors' group this morning, registration is a pretty thorough affair but at the same time is not like scaling Mount Everest. There is only a 2.5% discount now available. i think i would forgo that to make sure registration is 100% nailed down.
    i can say the people at Kinesis feel very upfront honest folk to me - the more i have seen of them, the more i feel that way. However in conclusion, i would hang fire. i think i may be able to provide a few more answers in the near future.

    @swAgger my intention has been to build up a holding of KVT's. At the point the pre-ICO coins are available i may buy some. The yield on these will be greater but as i intend to mint like a demon i am not that swayed by the higher yield. If a pre-ICO coin yields twice a post-ICO, then two cycles of post-ICO minting and you are even.
    If this works the KVT's will be money trees. This is where the risk is and this is why the blueprint promises the perpetual yield. If Kinesis doesn't do much your KAU/KAG's are blockchain title over metal and you are good but KVT's are poorly performing tokens and potentially a complete wipe out. You will have to work hard minting and indefinitely so to keep up with the yield on KVT's which require no work. i have been adding KVT's every month - i did so this month (which is why i have denied myself some of the silver bars for sale on the forum which i would have loved to have got).
    i am in the Kinesis Ambassadors group. i didn't realise i was until the last week. It is a  small group of people who have shown an interest and made some useful comments. It is a Kinesis think tank outside of the company. We don't get anything out of it but the discussions are interesting. My advice to you would be to hold off getting more KVT's right now. Kinesis needs to secure registration as a Designated Business. It is a registration with the Isle of Man authorities where the business plan and the people running it are vetted. It is to see if the people running it are fit and proper and that Kinesis is not counterfeiting/laundering money. They are hopeful but i note they have been negotiating with the IoM authorities for several months. Digital Gold Limited, which is running BullionCoin in which the ABX were negotiating a joint venture, has Designated Business status and got in the middle of 2017. The business model of BullionCoin is very similar so as long as the board of Kinesis have not been convicted of certain offences one would assume there will be no issues but i note negotiations have been going on for several months. They have alternatives to the IoM and will go to another jurisdiction if the application is rejected and do not anticipate any delays in launch even if this does happen.  This registration is fundamental to the business. Quite a few in the Ambassadors group are not going to buy more KVT's until this is sorted. i am the same. i intend to lump all KVT's into a single corporate entity which will not be subject to taxation. The number of KVT's is sufficient to generate sufficient yield to mint decent quantities of coins - quite quickly at the KWG and KWS level. So i am not that fussed about getting the pre-ico coins. Once i get going i would hope to be cycling through the minting process at least once a week and more if i can fit them in.

    I meant to add earlier, him mentioning his disabled son was never an attempt to gain sympathy. He would only mention it in passing when you had been an established customer for a while, and had a bit of rapport going. As i said, he used to offer advice if asked, and answer any questions you had about certain coins coming, and about the mints, general stuff. There would come a point where you had a question that he genuinely couldn't answer and he would explain his situation that he himself is not a dealer by trade, and why he had set the coin business up with his son.

    Yes, it is a good question, and well worth asking, especially as there are now lots of new collectors coming on board for the Rwanda's with the new nautical and lunar ranges. This has come up from time to time over the years with the African ounce (wildlife). General consensus from the longer running Rwanda African ounce is they are preferred left intact in the blisters. In fact, collector premium can be that bit better if they are. There is even a collector box made with cut-outs specifically to take the shape of the blisters, for example. But don't worry, if you have removed in preference for capsules you haven't destroyed their future appeal.
    Two things to bear in mind;
    As someone who had the African ounce ones for several years in their blisters, all i can say is that mine are as good as the day they were minted. No affect from the blisters. So at the very least, what you might consider doing is to leave well enough alone ..... for now. There is no immediate concern or reason to start cutting open all your blisters due to tarnishing fears, only to maybe regret doing so later. Kept in correct conditions i see no reason why you shouldn't be able to relax for many years to come.
    All the Rwanda Bu ranges are now unlimited mintage, minted to meet demands. Given that upward trend in popularity, future buyers will edge toward buying good examples of those still in the original blisters rather than those a percentage of owners would have put into capsules. Simply because there will be a lot of them out there to choose from, and collectors always like original conditions. Whereas the early African ounce issues were not minted in high numbers (the first number of years mintage of the Bu was 5k and 10k). This has meant that premiums have not differed greatly one way or the other. Collectors hunting them down today are happy to find one in its blister, but aren't put off if it was removed because the availability doesn't always give them the luxury of being fussy. This won't be the case with todays Nauticals and Lunars in the future, though.

    I've been investigating and trying to sort my order out as of yesterday.  I had no idea my order had shipped until I contacted him yesterday to ask about it.  He gave me the tracking number and was sent 2 weeks ago.  I checked tracking and it showed it had been delivered last Thursday to a neighbour with an attempted delivery on Wednesday.  I checked my CCTV for both days at around the delivery times and there was no attempt from UKMail.  I contacted my local depot where they confirmed that the tracking number I had was not for a parcel addressed to me and there could have been a mix up during the re-allocation of the UK Mail tracking from DHL Germany.  I was told to ring a dedicated number in the morning to look into it and if I had no joy with them to then to ring back the Manchester Office so they could look into it.  I went round to where the parcel was supposed to have been delivered (there about anyway) and they denied receipt of any incorrectly addressed parcels.
    This morning I had a delivery from UK Mail so asked the driver (reg driver who I'm on good terms with)if he had done my round last week where I explained that my parcel had gone to the wrong address.  I showed him a pic of my parcel along with tracking and told him the name of the person who'd signed for it and on which road.  He knew who the person was so would retrieve the parcel.  Unfortunately they were not in so he phoned the depot to investigate for me and told me he would come back round after he'd finished as he now had the full information of where it had been delivered and where it was addressed to (according to their system) and just to leave it with him as management were now aware of the issue and steps were now in motion.
    A coupe of hours ago I received a call from the depot.  The parcel was retrieved but was already opened and contained a small clock.  Additionally, the parcel was not addressed to me but the German tracking number on the parcel does match the one attached to my parcel which explains why it was delivered and tracked to where it was.
    At the moment it looks like my parcel was opened, contents replaced and delivery address replaced.  Tomorrow I will be going around to where the parcel was delivered to to speak to them and confirm that it was an unexpected parcel even though it was addressed to them.   I do not believe the tracking label would come off easily so if it was an expected parcel, then my tracking label would have been taken off mine and placed onto theirs.   If UK Mail redeliver the retrieved parcel I can inspect the parcel myself.
    As it stands now, the parcel is pretty much written off.  Dios is filing an investigation for it but whether I'll be compensated is a different story.  I'm not holding my breath.
    It is a big hit for me but sooner or later this kind of thing was going to happen.  Why?  Because I'm unlucky and laws of probability says so.  A similar thing happened last year when Parcel Force handled domestic German DHL parcels but that was human error and was sorted out without loss but was a bit of a pain as I was out of the country at the time.

    A few QB pickups : 13 bullion silver Clarences and a few 1/4 gold Bullion QBs: looking for a nice Clarence and a better Unicorn than my current ones to send in for grading....in pursuit of the elusive MS70s.
    As many have commented already - the Clarence Bull silver coins are nice in the hand - none of the sharp ragged edges of the earlier designs in the series.  I will put 3 into deep capsules and keep 10 in a tube for storage.  Will decide what to do once the 10x designs are in the bag.  Also a couple of slabbed Clarences for fellow collectors here on the Forum.
