The last 500 page was intentional, we were repairing the database. As well as the cache, there seems that it could be caching some issue there may possibly be some other sort of issue which may originate from the application that we have that runs the spot price bar. I have written to the developer of that application, to see if he has any idea. We are also doing some diagnostic tests, which takes 12 hours to run, which will be started later by our computer technician. That may hopefully give some further info.

Did a lot of work on this yesterday but was just one final stage to do. Have ran into some issues just now trying to do the final stage. Working on it, and should be permanently fixed sometime today hopefully. Sorry with the delay.

The blue on TSF labels came out ever so slightly purpleish, opposed to a blue that is more similar to the Early Releases / Standard Releases. NGC have confirmed that this was due to the paper stock that was used for printing the labels, they will now only use the other type of paper stock for any future orders. So future labels 'The Silver Forum' will be slightly more bluer. So those that received these coins have a 'rare purple error' TSF label. If any members are unhappy and wanted me to cover the reholder cost to relabel it with what will be the standard TSF label, I can cover that if you are willing to cover the return shipping. Just private message me. Though the difference is so slight, that in video it doesn't show.

Apologies for the intermittent downtime. This is the caching issue still causing this, and every time it happens we need to reset the server. Previously we were using memcache, however this is no longer supported and the forum seems to be too large to handle the file system caching that we are currently using. We are looking into creating a MySQL database for the catching, or possibly using redis I am currently away with limited internet connection but I am going to try to look at this today, and will try to get a new caching method implemented after a local backup of the database. If you happen to notice the forum down again it will be the caching issue, if someone is able to email me (in case I do not spot it e.g. if away from the computer) I can get the server restarted ASAP. Apologies for this.

A banned member has been making new accounts from different IP addresses and sending harassing messages each time he makes a new account and is subsequently banned. According to this member they have made recent sales on the forum. Please report any suspicious activity by using the report feature.

Have finished the testing on a test site. The modifications to the Prize Draw application seem to be working. Will need to wait for the developer to submit their application and then we should be able to upgrade it from the forum's admin side. I am hoping that this will be sometime this week and that it will fix the Prize Draw application, but we won't know until we have tried it on TSF. Therefore please ignore any automatic announcements by the system, until I gave confirmed in this topic that the issue has been resolved. I also want to reassure members that if it goes beyond the end of the month to fix it, that we will not loose out on the April 2021 Premium Member Prize Draw, and there will be a draw for this month even if we have to hold it on a subsequent date. Apologies for the down time earlier. There seemed to be multiple back end issues, which caused some errors on the forum. All of which were not showing error logs, so it was difficult to locate. The errors included but where not limited to; a backup of the forum upload files which was saved on the same drive had caused that drive to become full and subsequently the forum was inaccessible as it had ran out of space. This is despite the massive storage space that we have. We have now deleted those extra unnecessary files, as we have actual back up files on other hard drives on the sever. There is currently plenty of space, but we will be upgrading the storage space at some point to prevent any future outage. There may therefore be some downtime sometime in the near future when we upgrade the space on the drives. If you currently use the forum for free, please consider upgrading to Premium Membership as this helps a lot with maintenance costs of the forum. So there may be some sporadic downtime later as we are trying to re-enable a different caching method. There seems to be some sort of bug (or something) that is preventing the recent Prize Draws from choosing a winner when we run the application in the admin area of the forum. There were some updates to the application recently, e.g. to make sure that in future draws the system does not choose ineligible winners and announce an ineligible winner (e.g. in group specific Prize Draws where a member had since changed their member group in between taking a ticket and the system choosing a winner, e.g. cancelling Premium Membership in Premium Membership draws) this update may have caused something which is currently preventing the system from working. I have messaged the specific developer of this application, and will need them to look into it further. So, there will be some delays before these Prize Draws are announced.
