Nice, classy photos there BYB. What equipment are you using for these?

Stu - thanks for the compliments on the photos, it is my second biggest hobby (after pouring silver!)

I use a pretty basic DSLR - a Nikon D5500. It is basically an advanced beginners DSLR camera. Sophisticated enough to get started with and to take great photos and learn but not too complicated that you get lost as a beginner.

About 2 years ago when I bought it me and Mrs BYB would only use the auto function - but now with me using it all the time for photographing my silver I have learnt so much and I would never use the auto function again! I find I can get much better photos from manual modes!
