NEWBIE UK Buyer Question About Silver Bars

By the way, why are you looking for bars instead of coins?

Coins qualify for reduced VAT from Europe.  Some bars do like coin bars as they are given a face value.

Have a look at these forum sponsors for an idea of what's available.

https://www.coininvest.com/en/

Somebody else may be able to recommend a good place for coin bars.

Always something that appeals to me, to you, to me, to you :)

Technically, alcohol is a solution..

'It [socialism] poses a growing threat, however unintentional, to the freedom of this country, for there is no freedom where the State totally controls the economy. Personal freedom and economic freedom are indivisible. You can’t have one without the other. You can’t lose one without losing the other.'

"There is no such thing as public money, there is only taxpayers' money"

Let not England forget her precedence of teaching nations how to live.

@Roy

if everyone who said  'I've got £5000 to spend on silver, what's the cheapest silver I should buy?' automatically has £5 deducted from their PayPal account?

Looking to start buying silver bars.

Located in the UK.  Should I use a british site or go with american?  Are prices always going to be the same across all sites?

Also, which sites are trustworthy and worth buying from.

Regards

Buying from Europe is your best bet. A few good sites highlighted above but others include www.goldsilver.be & www.europeanmint.com

I organise a group buy from Europe once a month - check this thread out for more info. Might be your best bet if you didn't want to buy in huge quantities to offset the shipping.
