Coin invest, Exception, contact sales

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has had this when they have placed a order with coin invest, on order under the status it says Exception, contact sales, was just wondering what the issue maybe. Cant ring them till mornign so was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on it. Thanks

Shipping address and billing address must be same name 

over 5k one transaction 

or over 10 k per year 

you will need to prove who u are

shipping and billing address are both the same, not over 5k in one transaction and not over 10k in a year. Ordered from STG fine but wanted a monster box so ordered from coin invest as they have them and this issue came up

Update was about to ring them but checked the order online and it's now in process so guessing maybe a little glitch. Oh well at least I know for next time. ?
