Would you keep this coin

The damage was pointed out to me and i wonder how this will affect the resale value, RM have offered me a full refund as they are now out of stock. any thoughts ?

hi, for the uninitiated and newcomer me , what am I looking at to cause concern is it the edge rim of the coin?

@Augustus1 Its not the top of the rim its an indent just under the rim that shows up as a shadow.

Just by you thinking, 'will it affect resale'.

Means it will affect resale.

I personally don't would not want damaged coins.

Nor would I intentionally buy damaged coins.

If it's supposed to be a proof coin it will effect the value.

if it was bullion and you brought it just for its content then I would just keep it.

or get the refund and buy something else.

I'd personally take the refund.

If something has a ding and I know about it then that's one thing. But if you're expecting a perfect coin but it's got issues then it'd bug the hell out of me for eternity whenever I look at it
