So, hi, er 60 year old Yorkshire man  here, been lurking for a little while, never thought about "collecting" coins or metal much, but during a period of illness spending paper money on metal and coins was a good distraction :D had stacked sovereigns before discovering here or in fact a word for what I was doing! got not much , some bought some inherited some  , have recently bought tubes of silver brits, ASE and libertards. and pandas one from 2009 to 2017

I suppose what I do have that might be of some interest is a

11 coin 1887 Golden Jubilee Gold Coin set. inherited from my great granddad  via my dad.

anyway , I may not be the most frequent poster as I pop in and out but will read a lot !

cheers dean.m

hi

thank you guys for the welcome , more used to and more knowledgeable  about other metals as in stainless steel watches which I also have a small collection interest( modern variants).

to be honest Kman I suspect the jubilee coin set may be valuable as I have no real idea, as not much I can find re values from previous sales etc as I would do research like to value my watches etc  , did ask a auction house for a value but they wanted it sending to them ( sorry not happening:))

anyway thanks again ,

dean.m
