Not for the European market - they will get whacked with VAT.

I do not think they are a collectors' piece of numismatic interest so you would have to get them in out of sight of the pirates if you can.

Clearly only aimed at the US market and clearly just a lump of metal $18 if you buy a big bunch of them in the US with free shipping there too. Some may find their way back in the pockets of travellers or via other means. Just surprised and wanted to get one in hand without incurring any additional cost. Just lucky timing I had an order pending to be able to piggy back one of them for fun. I don't get whacked vat as I do not live in The UK ;) or Europe for that matter, so it is no skin off my nose and the folks there were very helpful and polite.

That's fine with me - a Royal Mint coin at almost spot - I'll take that any day. That may make this crappy coin worth more ;) Down the line, this little crappy coin could end up having the better % increase...who knows ? For 15 quid, I'll take that bet.
