Hello, I am fairly new to the precious metals and found this knowledgeable community while researching about VAT on silver in EU.

Would like to jump on train but have so many questions to do it in a right way... hope to find answers here. My main goal now is to find liquid way of investing into silver within EU while minimizing the VAT impact, still researching but would appreciate any input about current VAT status in Estonia, how liquid is silver coins/bars market and any other common mistakes rookies do

Cheers.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Check out goldsilver.be and silver-to-go.com and europeanmint.com all three will offer savings compared to UK VAT inc prices! Happy hunting!

Hi and welcome. Won't go far wrong with the companies backyard bullion highlighted. Keep in mind you will have to order a few coins at a time to minimise the cost of postage. If your  looking for pure bullion just go for the cheapest you can find.

Tnx guys. Started with stacking with one of the suggestions above and since i am a bit of paranoid i am testing silver bullion now. Weight combined with measurments test is ok, just philharmoniker  is 31.2 in mass instead of 31.103. Also did the ice cube test and while cubes on different government issued bullion are all melting faster than on usual coin some types are melting much faster. Is there any real reason for suspicion here ?

There will be no issues if you bought from a reputable dealer, one of the reasons for taking this route.
