Sold RCN at 68.51, probably has more to go but i have come to learn a profit is only a profit once banked! and somewhat makes up for profits i did not take in Sepura. That under 20p re entry point is pretty damn close now! 

Oh, also wanted a bit of free cash post election results just incase.

Cheers Bob! and wow trump won!! I was hoping to pick up some FTSE bargains this morning but it hasn't dropped as much as i guessed..Guess thats partly down to the pound strengthening?

Hello Stacks, yes Trump was a nice surprise , but didn't quite give us anything going cheap. Never mind.

Under Clause 6.1 of the Takeover Code (http://www.thetakeoverpanel.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/code.pdf?v=12Sep2016), it states the bidding company’s offer must not be less than the maximum price paid for any shares in the company in the three months before the intention to make an offer is announced. 

Thats 57p minimum if true.

I know, its a joke, i'm sure there was some golden handshakes for the management to recommend accepting that. 

I'm out at a very marginal profit. I suppose a counter bid is possible but Im not hanging around to wait an see.

Hello Madstacks

Sorry, not been on for a while. That was a ridiculously low offer, but debt will ruin a company, and I can't blame you for not hanging about. I left shortly after the extension. Was just dragging on too long, and I had better places to put the cash.

A good lesson for newcomers to stay away from these bulletin boards, some of the dreamers were predicting £1 a share.
