2016 1/10 Gold Australian Wedge-Tailed Eagle

As a 1/10th collector this really interests me.  Plus, it's a much cheaper way to own a gold wedge tail of a decent size. 1oz is too expensive and 0.5g is a little on the small side.

10,000 mintage so should stick around for some time.  Now just need it to land in the EU to simplify ordering.  Hopefully EMK will stock it as they have stocked GovMint items in the past.

I wouldn't mind one of these, nice looking coin. what is the drama over this coin though? I saw some silver ones going for crazy prices, clearly I missed something

OMP 2016 Silver Proofs in 1oz, HR and 5oz seem to be normally priced.  I know the PF70s can be silly money from GovMint though but I haven't looked at their prices.

I think there was a mintage of 200 for the silver proof

Yess really wanted a wedge tailed eagle and 1oz too expensive. 1/4 would have been perfect but 1/10 will do
