Realise you're still learning the finer points of pouring so I don't want to come over too critical. It looks great fun and you guys do some great stuff.

I'm just curious about the rippling you seem to like and endeavour to create. Is it just something you like or do people like to buy these things?

Personally I think it makes the pours look amateurish and naff TBH, but it could be just me;)

Sorry to be critical.

Hi Steve, all feedback is great and please dont be worried about being over critical. The pours with the ripples are completely intentional. I have had many customers from all around the world who both enjoy and want rippled bars. I personally love a rippled bar and it makes them all unique. But I can also see that some people would prefer them in a smooth state.

It is kind of my brand to have the ripples and once they are cleaned and stamped I think they look pretty nice.

Here are a few examples.31.1.JPG18.1.JPG48.1.JPG

But ultimately it is each to their own.

Thanks for the feedback!

Hi thanks for the explanation. I'm not convinced and haven't changed my opinion but I can't argue with satisfied customers:)

Not a problem my friend! I don't think there is a product, silver, gold plastic or any material that is perfect for everyone...if there was someone would be VERY rich indeed!

Cheers!

I don't want to seem patronising, I've never done what you're doing, but you're getting much better at your pours!

Practice makes perfect. Well done.

This video shows some of the fails I have had...otherwise its just about confidence of the pour, once you get that right its kind of easy - but really hard to replicate results perfectly every time!

One of my most prized possessions that I have made the effort to travel the globe to see for myself and talk to people about its origins is a ring made of very rare Welsh gold and of a celtic design (being a part Welsh/Swedish Celtic origins through my mother's side).
