Once, you cant change your date of birth are passport details. 

I have been doing this a while and i have used friends and people from work. I pay them to open a new bank account, let me have the first bank statement and a photo copy of their passport as prove of address and ID. I would at a guess say i have done this around 15 times for others if not more.

I only remember once or twice in the past being asked to scan ID.  Maybe it's standard now.
