I've heard they sell out quick for serious coinage.

Salivate Metal likes these on youtube.

I think the coin isn't in a capsule in the box. Maybe not required due to the antique finish?

Yea no capsule which is a shame, apparently it is because on a standard coin the area which is elevated the most is the rim, so it app for it to bash against the capsule. But on these coins the highest point is actually on the design itself and they thought that being in a capsule may cause the coin to suffer from damage. They could have designed a special capsule, but they decided it was too expensive to do.

The wooden box they come in is very nice, shame about the capsule though. And the antique finish is new and unique.

I really quite like the design of these coins, completely different to other coins. And I also like the HR detail. I expect there to be more coins with similar style of designs coming from other mints in the near future.

They sort of remind me of the antique medallion type pieces which you see on ebay now and then which sometimes have to be listed as white metal.

Not the best example of what I mean but if I scroll down too far on e b a y I might end up buying something.

I don't like the look of them personally, and they are far too expensive, albeit not quite Royal Mint levels of piss-taking.

I admire how the artist has left enough space on each for a privy mark, just in case they decide to mint more later on.

I like classical style art on the coins that gives them an elegance

These looks like cartoon zombies, so personally I wouldn't like one.

Also large coins look really ridiculous to me

Also coloured coins I think are really awful looking

I think there is a lot more I don't like the look of than do lol.

Dittoes. A man after my own heart.

I would add two more dislikes to that list: Privies and fancy packaging.

To each their own. I personally like this coin a lot, and the antique finish. And I hope Perth Mint use their new equipment to full advantage and release more detailed HR antique finished coins in the future, this series is only 3 coins apparently which is a shame.

Reading about them they seem very hard to get

Have you managed to get either that's been released yet/
