I'd also be interested in a few for display purposes.

On another note and not intending to hijack the thread, but does anyone else have tubes of these? I have and thought the mint would have a special tube for them, but seems they just came in the 251oz standard tubes with a huge gap at the top with some tissue, is that the same for everyone else or is that my supplier?

Mine also arrived in the 25 x 1 oz tube with a huge gap filled with tissue. Had I known this I would have bought 3 or 4 extra to fill it up. These are advertised as being sold in tubes of 10, so when ordering 10 you would expect the tube to be full.

Right, so can someone confirm what the mint ships them in? Seems STG are falling out of favour slowly if it turns out they are taking them out of tubes to put them in these, wouldn't make any sense to do this unless they think they can sell the other tubes for more?

As per my post i can confirm they came in 25x tubes for brits

I can't imagine any dealer taking them out of one tube and putting them into another.

I think it's safe to say that the RM have cut corners using the same tubes.

It's similar to the RCM using the same tube size for 25 x 1oz and 15 x 1.5oz.

Agree with Pipers and HH.

Marcel @STG do you guys receive the Queen Beasts in the 1oz tubes from RM?

Yes, we get them in tubes with 10 coins per tube. By the way, we got a new video online with the coins (sorry, couldn't leave this out since I've made it and am a little proud of it):

proof like quality... @Numistacker care to comment?

(if the quality was so good they wouldn't need the matte

fields)

HH

I don't buy proof like )) they are bullion coins produced with limited care as the woman from quality at the mint told me when I was discussing my 3rd returned beast 1/4.

She said for better you may want to visit the main site

Does it mean:

Quality in production similar to that of proof coins?

Finish of coin is proof-like?

I think I've found a supplier in the US. If anyone can arrange a group buy.

Basically we are looking for a 39mm piedfort coin capsule

 http://qualitysilverbullion.com/product/double-thick-39mm-coin-capsule-holder/

if there was enough demand, i could get a load in, but they would have be about £2 a pop + postage
