Some people think 1kg is too large,

What about this coin?

5kg Noah's ark silver coin

The premium is actually very reasonable on them. Isn't the biggest coin, Perth mint make a 10kg coin, but the premium on that is crazy!

Sadly I have nowhere near the funds to buy one. Would have been nice to have a 5kg coin.

I think resale would be tough on that.

I'd rather have 160 normal Noah's to be honest.

Resale would most definitely be a bit tricky, spot price at double or triple it's price now, which isn't that hard to imagine. And this coin would be around £5k+

If I had the money I would still buy 1 though, for my collection, can always sell for 97-100% of spot price to a dealer in the future.

The 5kg bars looks pretty awesome as well, but a bit too big. I wouldn't mind a single 100oz bar just for my collection, again not really a great size for reselling in the future. But would be cool to have 1 massive lo f silver just to gaze at.

Its a bruiser Chris, why worry about resale if you buy it to collect and you are right it would always sell at around spot in the future, exactly the same as a 1oz bullion coin.

The problem with common sense is, its not that common.

Comes in a cool box as well.

If spot price is not dramatically higher in a year or so, I recon I will buy one. Should be able to save up by then.

Trouble is, as soon as I get just a little bit if disposable cash savings I end up spending it straight away on silver.
