Free markets

Who  here is in favour of the free market.  

Who is is in favour of non free markets where parties are excluded by trade deals.  

Who here is in favour of the gate keepers eg the US or the city of London (skimming a fraction of all transactions).

What are your thoughts on the above.

I'm a free market fan. No exclusions and no one trying to make a profit on the back of the small man.

The problem is that greed is often hardwired into certain entities

Of course. I think most Gold/silver fans believe not just in free markets, but a truly free society that espouses a minimal State and more personal responsibility. Freedom and trade has throughout all of human history proven itself as an unparalleled system for creating real wealth and raising absolute living standards for all who partake.

Full agreement, the one thing I dislike is a gate keeper skimming off money from the small man, while helping others for a fee of course.
