They issued Bi-Metallic Pandas for a few years in the 90s.  Here is an approx issue and mintage list:

Ok, this has got a little worrying, dragonzeng has listed the same coin in the same slab yet sent me a tracking number, surely he can't sell something he doesn't have or is not of what he's actually selling

It's probably not what he is selling which is usual. Lucky graded 35 Nanjing Pandas as PF70 and used the same picture to sell all of them. You will get a coin of the same grade.
