Lidl have got coin cases for sale tomorrow price £11.99 holds 205 coins with five trays up to size 45mm. They are good,bought 3 last year.

I got one from our local Lidl last year and I thought the same as you,I spoke to the manager and he said every store in the UK gets some allocated,so he put one aside for me.

 

They are very good value and quality as well.

I picked one up each for me and my dad a couple of years ago, well worth it! Trays can be bought through Amazon for almost any size you want.

Just got two cases. Got the staff to open up the outer boxes sitting on the floor waiting to be put out. Looks like they had 3 outers of 4 cases each. So 12 in total for each store.

well the large coin tray in the case holds the capsuled Stock Horses, Kooks, Roos, and crocs, but the lunars are just too big in their capsules to fit in the tray.

 

Does anyone have a link for coin trays to take the capsuled Perth Mint Lunars?

Try these if you need a tray for bigger coins,not sure of tray size,there are few different size trays.

Dont know if these will fit that case but the 47mm trays take 1oz lunars ok , good seller as well, I have used him afew times very quick delivery and had the occasional freebie as well

Andy is a great seller, but his website is cheaper than his eBay prices in most cases.

It's just I measured the capsule and it's just over 49mm. So I would assume I would need the 50mm trays then.

Yes, you need the 50mm trays for the 1oz capsuled lunars.

There are two types of 47mm tray, and one does fit but best to go for the 50mm.

There is a Lidl 22 miles away! Thinking about whether it's worth making the journey?  I'd be pissed off if I went down there and they had none.  Toy display cabinets are good value too.
