49 Mixed Year Sovs Gone in 1 Hour

Carpe Diem

Recommended Posts

Saw the other day on their old site that Atkinson's were out of the mixed year full sovs.  Last night there were none.  1 hour ago they're up, 49 of them.  Now they're all gone, own up whoever it was.

I don't know whether to trust Atkinsons site as working properly atm.

Just wondering who is selling their gold at this time.

When spot dipped previously dealers like Atkinsons were out stock all the time and HGM upped their premium from 3 to 4%.

People are all assuming that the people selling the sovs bought them recently. I was chatting to a cash for gold lady dealer last week who was talking about an old bloke that came into her shop a few years ago with some ounce Kruger's. He wanted £900 for them but she only wanted to pay £850. So she said she would give him the £900 if he told her how much he paid for them. She knew he'd had them since the 1970's and was interested to know what he had paid. He said around £70 each. The moral of the story is that what might seem to be a bad deal to you when it cones to selling may be a small fortune in profit for someone else. [emoji2]
