Hi there, my name is Sérgio and I recently started collecting SIlver and Gold coins. Fascinating "hobby", addicting, maybe :)

So far have read great info here.

My trade is electronic design and apart from coin collection, I enjoy music and playing the guitar :D

Welcome to the forum.

I spent 4 years in St. Andrews doing a physics degree but a long time ago.
Loved it there and had the opportunity to play golf for free but had no interest - big mistake but when you study for a science degree with 4 or 5 hours of lectures everyday ( and if you don't revise those immediately you get left behind the next day ) you have very little time left, unlike the arts students that hand in an essay and show up for a lecture once a week if that.

Indeed. I see those art/philosophy/English/other students filing the cafes around town.

Everytime a go for a coffee during my lunch break I hardly find a seat for they all take their "home office" there and park for the full day... classes? what classes ...ahaha... its insane :D
