Fake Australian Lunar Series II 1oz coins

Hello,

I recently purchased some Australian Lunar Series II coins from ebay and have some concerns that they may be fake. I compared all of my coins from this set and two of my most recent are slightly different than the rest of my collection. The 2009 Ox and 2011 Rabbit coins lack wrinkles under the eye of the queen on the obverse side of the coin, a feature that is present on my other Lunar Series II coins. Does anyone know if this is an indication of them being fake? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for those videos. I tried both coins out and they both ping nicely. I did the specific gravity test as well and came up with 10.53 for the OX and 10.43 for the Rabbit. I read that 10.49 is the specific gravity of pure silver coins. I believe the numbers I got are close enough to say they are real. Would you agree?

You may be right, it could possibly be a weak strike. The queens ear lobe doesn't seem quite as pronounced as it is on my other coins. Might be another indication of a weak strike. Thanks for the feedback on the numbers. I had never done these tests before.

Can you put some high resolution photos up of the coins.
