Krugerrand tubes

Apmex sells two official coin tubes for storage of Krugerrands from the South African Mint.

"1 oz 10-Coin Gold Krugerrand Coin Tubes" which has a pink lid and "1 oz 15-Coin Gold Krugerrand Coin Tubes" which has a blue lid.

I was wondering, why there are two different tubes? Is it that one of them is for the proof Krugerrand and the other for the standard? Or is there any other reason? When the South African mint send their non-proof standard 1 oz Gold Krugerrands, do they use the 10 or 15 coin tube?

While never buying in this quantity, I have noticed from my local dealer that there used to be a major discount when buying 15 Krugerrands but that now the discount is when buying 10. This would lead me to believe that the coins used to come in tubes of 15 coins and now they come in tubes of 10 coins.
