Chard "at it" again

I have just opened my order from Chard and was horrified to see the condition of the 2 free gold chocolate coins. There is a clear dink on the top left hand corner of the gold 10p and lower left of the gold 5p (see pic, will provide more if required). I am yet to check the sovereigns however it doesn't really matter - my ordering experience is already tainted. Suggestions of next step??

..... Thanks for the usual great service @ChardLizzie. The Blackpool stick of rock with one of my orders was nice but to receive 2 extra gold coins with my order (albeit chocolate) is something else.

are u sure that's unc, uncirculated .

if it is UNC, bite on it and make it circulated ( inside your body )

or u can send them to NGC

Next step? Send the sovereigns to me, I’ll spare you further disappointment.
