More lovely fiat debt created for greedy bankers...that's what they call a good Christmas.

Debt that must be repaid- unlike Government created fiat.  The fiat used to pay the interest the banker's interest has to come from somewhere - Government fiat created by past/present/future spending...

On radio this morning they said 8 million people will struggle this month with too much spending over Christmas.

Serves 'em right. What a financially illiterate state we've become :(

Technically, alcohol is a solution..

'It [socialism] poses a growing threat, however unintentional, to the freedom of this country, for there is no freedom where the State totally controls the economy. Personal freedom and economic freedom are indivisible. You can’t have one without the other. You can’t lose one without losing the other.'

"There is no such thing as public money, there is only taxpayers' money"

Let not England forget her precedence of teaching nations how to live.

But they're practically the only ones spending at the moment - Government Spending cut (saving); business spending nonexistent (saving); trade deficit up (foreigner's saving); us lot squirrelling dosh away (saving).....  without their spending the economy would grind to a halt ?
