Strange Bust half Sizes

So a while ago I bought an 1809 Capped Bust half from a dealer on instagram, It is holed and I bought it to use as a necklace. For some strange reason it seems to be very slightly bigger than my other bust halves. I'd say a little under half a millimeter bigger on the sides.

I know that bust halves were not collared, and considering the fact that the 1809 is actually a bit thinner than my 1819, my guess is that it might have been struck harder than the others?

Could being holed have anything to do with it?

Perhaps squashed in a vice to hold it whilst 2 holes were punched through ?

Possibly, it does look a little elliptical to my eyes.

It might've been put on a train track to get squished.

Entertainment was some what limited back then.

I think it has too much detail to be smashed by a train, also it would be bent slightly.

That's what I mainly had in mind, now that I compare the reverse to a regular it  does seem slightly "squashed".
